Job Description

Chewy is seeking Transitioning Military Service Members to join our growing Operations team as Area Manager II in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 45 members in a Fulfillment Center
Oversee inbound, outbound, and inventory control activities
Maintain a safe work environment and mentor team members
Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and delivery

Qualifications

Military leadership experience with E5 rank or higher
Effective management of large teams
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work nights and weekends
