Job Description

TownTasks is seeking a Chief Engineer to lead the maintenance team and ensure the smooth operation of our property, machinery, and equipment.

Responsibilities

Responsible for overall operations of the engineering department
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality standards
Oversee capital construction and maintenance projects
Maintain preventive maintenance program
Establish relationships with vendors
Train staff on safety procedures

Qualifications

3-4 years of Engineering Management experience in a hotel setting
High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to repair and maintain equipment
Operate mechanical equipment and tools
NYC FSD Certification required
