Job Description

Seeking skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operators to support warehouse operations at a large packing and distribution facility in Bakersfield, CA.

Responsibilities

Safely operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials and pallets
Transport products throughout the warehouse according to production or shipping schedules
Perform daily forklift inspections and report any maintenance needs or hazards
Assist in general warehouse duties, including palletizing, wrapping, and staging product
Follow all safety protocols and company policies

Qualifications

Must have a valid and current forklift certification
Minimum 1 year of recent forklift experience in a warehouse environment
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
