Job Description

Join Conduent as a Mailroom Warehouse Associate in Lexington, KY. This role involves sorting, processing, and distributing mail and documents, as well as supporting warehouse operations. Full-time position with benefits.

Responsibilities

Sort, process, and transport deliveries to warehouse.
Load and Unload Pallets.
Operate Company Truck for Deliveries.
Operate mailroom equipment, including scanners, copiers, and printers.
Handle administrative tasks when needed.
Maintain focus and productivity while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Adhere to security protocols and company policies to safeguard sensitive information.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must have a valid Driver's License.
Ability to work 40+ hours per week and adapt to flexible work hours.
Physical ability to lift up to 25lbs regularly.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Prior experience in data entry, administrative tasks, or mailroom operations preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
