Join RIX Industries as an Inventory Control Specialist responsible for monitoring and controlling inventory levels to maintain a smooth flow of products necessary to meet customer requirements in various critical markets.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee bay audits, reconcile discrepancies, and investigate inventory shortages.
  • Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity.
  • Responsible for completing physical inventories and daily/weekly cycle counts.
  • Manage transfer activity between warehouses.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency.
  • Generate and analyze reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Train team members on best practices for inventory control.
  • Travel up to 20% of the time based on company needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 years experience in maintaining physical inventories and basic warehouse operations.
  • Working knowledge of ERP and Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Advanced systems skills and working knowledge of MS Office.
