Job Description

Goya Foods, Inc. is looking for a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to support the Plant General Manager and warehouse team in Angola, New York.

Responsibilities

Experienced in using warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
Monitor inventory and communicate shortages.
Understand Standard Operating Procedures and Inspection Regulations.
Keep inventory records updated and ensure orders match picking documents.
Maintain adequate shelf stock and process stock by verifying restock inventory.
Minimize product damage through safe handling.
Participate in monthly inventories.
Analyze product usage and adjust inventory levels.
Anticipate supply needs and communicate potential interruptions.
Maintain materials management information systems database.

Qualifications

Associate degree preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and self-driven skills.
Good understanding of inventory management principles.
Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience required.
