Job Description

Air General is seeking a Station Manager to lead our Denver International Airport operation. The ideal candidate will have prior domestic and international air cargo knowledge and experience, with a strong focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

Organize, coordinate, and control all contract handling services
Implement procedures to meet customer targets and service requirements
Hire and develop a highly motivated workforce
Ensure safety standards, TSA directives, and security procedures are complied with
Conduct periodic and annual performance appraisals for all staff

Qualifications

5 years minimum Domestic and International air cargo experience
High school degree or GED
Proven leadership skills
PC proficiency (MS Office applications)
Must be willing to work flexible hours
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings and security background checks
Must be able to lift up to 70lbs
