Job Description

Join Phoenix Loss Control as a Field Claims Investigator to support clients in recovering costs from third-party damage to infrastructure. This position involves conducting on-site field investigations and writing detailed reports.

Responsibilities

Conduct on-site field investigations
Write detailed investigation reports using diverse sources of information
Develop and maintain knowledge of local and state regulations for utility service lines
Respond to damage calls promptly
Complete investigations and support claims managers in the recovery process

Qualifications

Interpersonal skills for field interviews
Smartphone and computer proficiency
Attention to detail and strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
