Job Description

Fiber Network Services is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our warehouse located in Salem, VA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee receiving, processing, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products
  • Maintain inventory controls and ensure quality standards are met
  • Operate warehouse equipment and perform data entry tasks
  • Supervise a team of staff and provide guidance for day-to-day operations

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2 years of related experience
  • Excellent computer and data entry skills
  • Supervisory experience required
  • CDL License preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Availability to work Mon-Fri by 7 am and occasional weekends
  • Pass background check, drug test, and DOT physical
