Join Major Food Group as an experienced Executive Chef at ZZ's Club in NYC, overseeing culinary operations and leading the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Design creative and seasonal menus aligned with restaurant goals and customer preferences.
  • Ensure highest culinary standards for all menu items.
  • Sourcing, ordering, and receiving highest quality ingredients.
  • Develop, teach, and maintain all recipes and techniques.
  • Organize and hold kitchen team accountable for responsibilities.
  • Maintain smooth professional service and high cleanliness standards.
  • Oversee scheduling, inventory, and kitchen equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience as Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in quality driven, high volume kitchen.
  • Culinary diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • Team oriented with positive attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Proficiency in Spanish language a plus.
