Assist the Warehouse Manager in leading and coordinating warehouse operations.
Oversee receiving, inventory control, and organization of warehouse materials.
Supervise staff in order picking, packing, and inventory movement.
Standardize procedures, manage workflows, and ensure efficient material storage and utilization.
Promote safety, staff development, and a positive work environment.
Interact with multiple departments for seamless operations.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory control experience.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Team-oriented, respectful, and professional leadership approach.
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
