Job Description

The Store Associate provides friendly service to customers shopping in-store and those engaging through omni-channel services.

Responsibilities

Greet every customer with a helpful and friendly approach
Maintain a neat, clean, and safe environment for customers
Complete all functions of the fulfillment process
Complete customer transactions following company policies and procedures
Participate in daily team meetings and ongoing training

Qualifications

Professional, friendly, and customer service focused
Ability to move with tempo to meet time-bound expectations
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in use of technology for customer interactions
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and spend up to 100% of working time standing or walking
