Join our team as an Operations Associate at our Valley Fair location. You will play a crucial role in maximizing sales and profitability by managing inventory, processing shipments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Maintain stockroom organization
Manage inventory through shipment processing
Replenish sales floor
Fulfill eCom orders
Execute markdowns and merchandising
Ensure outstanding shopping experience for customers

Qualifications

High school diploma
6 months experience in stockroom or inventory management
Passion for fashion and customer-oriented
Strong organization and attention to detail
Customer-first mindset
Hands-on teammate with proactive approach
Social media, mobile devices, and computer skills are an asset
