Job Description

The CDD Office Assistant is responsible for administrative and clerical duties to ensure the efficiency and smooth operation of the office at Piney-Z Community Development District.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct residents and guests courteously and promptly
  • Answer questions and respond to complaints and requests
  • Perform basic office tasks such as answering phones and sorting mail
  • Maintain the filing system and update office procedures
  • Assist board members and the CDD Manager as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in administrative and clerical procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
