Responsibilities

Provide assistance with activities of daily living for residents
Build relationships and attend to individual care needs
Notify management of changes in condition
Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
Ensure community compliance with safety regulations

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills
High School diploma/GED
Previous experience working with seniors preferred
