Responsible for managing company assets, including office equipment and warehouse facilities.
Conduct regular inventory checks and update the asset ledger.
Handle daily procurement tasks and maintain relationships with suppliers.
Organize and archive contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of contract information.
Monitor and analyze budget execution, assisting in the preparation and adjustment of budget reports.
Provide basic HR administrative support and assist in organizing employee activities and cultural initiatives.
Associate degree or above with more than 2 years of relevant work experience.
