Review and manage resource plans and forecasts
Analyze resource availability and utilization
Facilitate staffing requests and prioritize resource allocation
Identify and resolve resource conflicts
Monitor and improve resource management processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource utilization

Qualifications

7+ years of professional work experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, and other relevant tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
