Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience in lead generation and outside sales is preferred.
Familiarity with technology sales or technical sales is a plus.
Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
Excellent customer service abilities, demonstrating a commitment to meeting client needs.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
