Job Description

Join Workday as a Product Specialist - Specialized Account Executive and be a key player in the Field Sales organization. You will focus on driving new customer growth for Workday Specialized Products and guiding customers to a new class of enterprise management cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive short-term strategy for the account aligned to customer business objectives
  • Maintain relationships with customers and channel partners
  • Identify potential Workday solution sales for existing customers
  • Maintain accurate customer/prospect data

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud solutions to C-levels
  • Experience with managing 9+ month sales cycles
  • Deep product expertise and HR Technology knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
