Job Description

The Fountainhead Group is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our warehouse and manufacturing team, responsible for accurate and timely order picking and packing.

Responsibilities

Perform daily forklift inspections and report deficiencies
Operate equipment safely
Use inventory management software to pick products
Properly stack and store products
Ensure proper identification of products
Build, wrap, and transport pallets
Maintain warehouse cleanliness
Work on special projects as needed
Participate in annual inventory
Perform other warehouse tasks as directed

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience in a warehouse setting
Warehouse lift equipment experience preferred
Computer literate with knowledge of warehouse tablets and scanners
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Capable of lifting 30 pounds and standing for extended periods
Attention to detail, safety, and ability to prioritize tasks
Strong team player with good attendance record
