Job Description

The Fountainhead Group is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team in New York City. The role involves picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

Perform daily forklift inspections and report deficiencies
Operate equipment safely
Use inventory management software to pick products
Stack and store products properly
Ensure product identification and labeling
Build, wrap, and transport pallets
Maintain warehouse cleanliness
Participate in special projects and annual inventory

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years warehouse experience
Experience with warehouse lift equipment is a plus
Computer literate with knowledge of warehouse technology
Ability to lift 30 pounds and stand for long periods
Strong attention to detail and safety
Effective communication skills
Ability to work well in a team setting
Strong attendance record
