Job Description

Manage and enforce Warehouse policies and procedures to ensure proper handling and storage of supplies, minimizing loss.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise receiving team members
Maintain knowledge of supplies and specifications
Ensure staffing levels, training, and scheduling
Ensure accuracy of supplies and inventory
Compile statistical data and maintain files
Resolve receiving disputes
Conduct departmental meetings
Maintain accurate inventories and reports

Qualifications

5 years experience in Finance and Warehouse environments
Effective communication and organizational skills
College accounting courses preferred
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret instructions
Superior knowledge of Purchase Order/Inventory Control processes
Physical ability to lift and move supplies
