Job Description

Join our team at The Tongue & Groove Store as a Packaging Associate. We are a leading manufacturer of solid wood tongue & groove flooring and millwork, experiencing significant growth since 2009.

Responsibilities

Audit product quality and package material
Load orders into customer vehicles or trailers
Accurately document product volumes
Organize packaging area and move materials as needed
Measure materials and identify lumber grades
Recognize various building materials

Qualifications

3+ years of manufacturing experience or related education
Ability to maintain quality and meet production quotas
Reliability and dedication to regular work schedule
Background in packing or warehouse management preferred
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
