L.E.K. Consulting is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support 3-4 partners. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Provide support to Managing Directors, manage calendar and meeting scheduling, act as main point of contact for internal and external requests, handle travel arrangements, expense reporting, document management, and client activities.
3+ years of administrative experience supporting senior executives in professional services, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and a bachelor's degree.
Base salary between $65,000 - $80,000 (USD) with performance bonus, profit sharing, and other benefits. Hybrid work model in place.
