Responsibilities

Promote safe work habits and express positive support for safety guidelines
Lead Line Board discussions on lean manufacturing techniques
Manage team members and Work Order flow efficiently
Address productivity and quality concerns with crew members
Plan ahead and support equipment setup/changeovers

Qualifications

Strong communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Ability to execute lockout/tagout and quality control checks
Engagement in problem-solving activities
Willingness to train other colleagues
