Responsibilities

Interact with consumers via phone, email, SMS, and live chat. Guide users through matching with financial advisors. Schedule meetings between investors and advisors. Build relationships with partners. Document interactions in CRM.

Qualifications

1+ years of telephone sales or call center experience. Strong communication skills. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented and organized.
