Job Description

Join our fun and fast-paced team as a Front Desk Receptionist & Order Processor. You will be the friendly face and voice of our company, handling customer support, order processing, and various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with packing orders and warehouse coordination
  • Greet visitors, answer calls, and maintain organized records
  • Collaborate with different teams and contribute to company events

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of customer service or admin experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent
