Job Description

Join Viant Technology as the VP of Corporate Development to lead M&A strategy, develop theses, cultivate relationships, negotiate transactions, and integrate acquisitions.

Responsibilities

Determine and pursue M&A priorities based on corporate strategy
Identify market sectors aligning with strategic objectives
Advise on corporate strategy development
Maintain thought leadership and stakeholder engagement
Develop a network of industry contacts
Lead M&A transactions and negotiations
Manage cross-functional teams for due diligence and integration planning
Define and coordinate post-closing integration plans

Qualifications

BS/BA degree required, MBA preferred
15+ years experience in investment banking and corporate development
Strong network in AdTech industry
Ability to negotiate and build trust
Proficient in analytics and financial models
Excellent project management and communication skills
Open to travel as needed
