Job Description

Join a leading Dutch software company as a Customer Support Professional. Assist customers with questions and issues related to financial administration, accounting, HRM, and CRM software.

Responsibilities

  • Support customers with functional questions about their accounting software package
  • Provide solutions when customers report problems
  • Create cases for specific customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve cases
  • Advise customers on new software solutions
  • Share customer feedback with other teams to improve products and processes
  • Regularly meet with manager or buddy to discuss progress and learning goals

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • HBO/WO degree with up to 3 years of work experience
  • Social, proactive, and strong organizational skills
  • Reside in or near Zwolle, Louisiana
