Job Description

The Store Associate provides friendly service to customers shopping in-store and those engaging through omni-channel services. They assess the customer's needs and provide assistance by executing the company's customer service model, always putting the customer first.

Responsibilities

Greet every customer with a helpful and friendly approach
Maintain a neat, clean, and safe environment for customers
Complete all functions of the fulfillment process
Complete customer transactions while following policies
Actively participate in team meetings and ongoing training

Qualifications

Availability to meet the needs of the business
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Proficient in use of technology for customer interactions
