Job Description

Responsible for scheduling procedures for Surgery, Endoscopy, Ambulatory Services Clinic, Pain Management Center, and Cath Lab. Must communicate effectively with different patient populations. Adhere to compliance regulations and corporate policies.

Responsibilities

Enter patient and surgical data into scheduling system
Create and maintain surgical scheduling system
Coordinate with departments for procedures/tests
Maintain knowledge of Medicare and insurance regulations
Act as liaison for problem situations

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years experience in Surgical Scheduling or related
Typing skills of at least 45 wpm
