Job Description

The Restaurant Assistant Manager assists the Restaurant Manager with daily operations of the restaurant, supervises the team in their absence, and ensures all guests leave satisfied.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent guest service
Conduct second interviews for team members
Maintain a clean restaurant environment
Assign shift duties and follow up
Ensure food items are prepared following regulations

Qualifications

Full-time availability
Valid state Driver's License
Excellent communication skills

Ability to work well with others or independently
