The Referral Coordinator at AdventHealth Medical Group is responsible for processing referral requests, obtaining physician approval, and scheduling appointments for patients. They serve as a vital link between patients and medical support staff.

Responsibilities

Receive and process referral requests
Obtain physician approval for referrals and hospital admissions
Schedule appointments with referrals when necessary
Act as a liaison between patients and medical support staff

Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent
Experience with computers
Willingness to float to other FHMG practices when necessary
