  • Troubleshoot and address technical issues

Qualifications

  • Must live within 50 miles of Columbia, MD
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Ability to meet performance standards and call quality goals
  • Must be able to work from home and demonstrate self-sufficiency
  • High-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable is required
