Provide telephone assistance to members and providers regarding eligibility, benefits, and services
Respond to inquiries about prior authorization requirements and additional benefits
Maintain effective communication with members and providers in both verbal and written formats
Troubleshoot and address technical issues
Qualifications
Must live within 50 miles of Columbia, MD
High school diploma or equivalent GED
Ability to meet performance standards and call quality goals
Must be able to work from home and demonstrate self-sufficiency
High-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable is required
