Job Description

Join St. John's Community Services as a Recruiter in Annandale, VA. Collaborate with the Director of Human Resources to meet recruiting needs and further SJCS's mission.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
Source resumes and conduct screening interviews
Utilize various resources to identify and attract candidates
Manage internal transfer process
Utilize applicant tracking system to monitor candidate progress
Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and regulations

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
Associate degree in Business or HR preferred
Up to two years of recruiting experience preferred
Experience with Paycom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Drive
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
