Responsibilities

Hire, train, direct and manage all warehouse staff
Review open sales orders, purchase orders, warehouse procedures
Manage inventory, control stock outs, reduce excessive inventory
Supervise routing, loading, preparing orders for shipment
Support sales staff in meeting objectives

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred
3-5 years of operations experience in distribution or warehouse
Experience managing a team of 5+ employees
Computer skills including MS Office and Inventory Management software
Strong communication skills
