As a Sales Team Lead, you will oversee opening and closing procedures, educate team members on products, and drive daily sales targets to achieve company goals.

  • Coordinate, delegate, prioritize, and meet store deadlines
  • Support team members in daily retail operations

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • 2 - 3 years of total retail experience
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Proven communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record may be required
  • Flexibility in work schedule
