As a Team Leader - Keyholder at Vera Bradley, you will support store leadership to achieve sales goals, motivate the team, build brand loyalty, and provide an amazing shopping experience for customers. You will be a brand ambassador, upholding Vera Bradley’s core values and contributing to making the world a brighter place.

Responsibilities

Drive sales and exceed sales goals
Motivate and inspire the team
Suggest products to customers
Execute daily operational procedures and maintain visual standards
Uphold company policies and procedures

Qualifications

Retail experience and/or prior management experience
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
At least 18 years of age
