Job Description

WSP USA is seeking a Part-Time TMC Operator for our 24/7 location in Aurora, CO. The TMC Operator is responsible for monitoring the Transportation Management Center and associated equipment, communicating with relevant personnel during operations and emergencies, and maintaining various logs and reports.

Responsibilities

Monitor the Transportation Management Center and associated equipment
Communicate incidents to appropriate personnel
Maintain radio communications with relevant agencies
Dispatch personnel as needed
Prepare incident reports
Inform key administrative personnel of emergency situations
Complete required certifications
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum of one year of work experience
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Associate's degree in Electronics or Computer Technology preferred
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work various shifts
Ability to make quick decisions under stress
Physical ability to perform job functions
