Job Description

The Warehouse Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing warehouse employees, activities, and inventory systems to ensure proper accountability of products and services. This role supports the achievement of team goals and maintains inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

Assist in carrying out management goals and objectives
Provide training and mentoring to warehouse team members
Ensure departments meet daily performance metrics
Assign picking tickets based on priority
Conduct regular inventory counts
Protect inventory from shrinkage concerns
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
Maintain equipment and supplies
Participate in special projects

Qualifications

Proven experience as Warehouse Supervisor
High school diploma; technical degree preferred
Experience operating forklifts
Knowledge of inventory software and safety regulations
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to lift heavy objects
Knowledge of warehouse operations
Bilingual in Spanish a plus
