Job Description

TownTasks is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Port Wentworth, Georgia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outbound operations efficiently to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure daily completion of outbound operations with quality and efficiency.
  • Follow up on customer service instructions and process special orders.
  • Oversee on-site operations and handle abnormalities promptly.
  • Maintain communication with the last-mile delivery team for coordinating express and truckload deliveries.
  • Conduct post-outbound stock checks to verify inventory accuracy.
  • Monitor workforce efficiency, develop work schedules, and improve team performance.
  • Evaluate and optimize outbound processes to enhance efficiency and reduce error rates.
  • Ensure adherence to safety operating procedures and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in warehouse outbound management.
  • Experience in team management and motivation.
  • Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management System).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
