Job Description

TownTasks is seeking a Warehouse Trainer (Night) in Raymore, Missouri. The Trainer will be responsible for training and developing hourly employees to improve work quality and performance.

Responsibilities

Provide training to new hires and tenured employees
Assist with new hire orientation and safety compliance
Monitor and report on training and productivity
Deliver PIT certifications and evaluations
Support workplace collaboration and respect

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older
High school degree or GED preferred
Experience with warehouse equipment
Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
Strong time management skills
