Job Description

The Warehouse Trainer at TownTasks in Raymore, Missouri is responsible for training and developing hourly employees in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

Provide training to new and existing employees
Assist with orientation and safety compliance
Monitor training progress and productivity
Deliver certifications and evaluations
Operate department-specific technology
Support operational leadership as needed

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Time management and organizational skills
Knowledge of warehouse equipment
Ability to multitask and work in a team
Bi-lingual preferred
