Job Description

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for coordinating day-to-day shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities to ensure efficient and safe workflow.

Responsibilities

Coordinate loading/unloading dock activities and workflow
Create accurate shipping/receiving paperwork
Receive incoming materials and post transactions
Determine work assignments for forklift operators
Communicate with drivers on necessary trailer movement
Assist over-the-road drivers with directions
Prioritize loading/unloading activities
Inspect incoming materials
Participate in inventory counts
Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies
Communicate with internal teams on changes and shortages
Put together secondary product orders

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
General warehouse experience preferred
Intermediate Microsoft Office abilities
Experience/familiarity with BPCS preferred
