Job Description

Join our dynamic child watch team at the Hutto Family YMCA and make a positive impact on children's lives. We are looking for a caring, energetic individual with experience supervising staff to lead our ChildWatch program.

Responsibilities

Supervise children and staff effectively
Communicate with members and other staff
Problem-solving and decision-making
Read and interpret documents

Qualifications

12 months experience working with children preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
