Job Description

Join Olgam Life, a plasma donation service dedicated to providing life-saving resources for the medical industry. We are seeking a Quality System Associate to support, maintain, and redesign software system functionality while ensuring compliance with federal, local, and organizational standards.

Responsibilities

Support the management of user system requirement matrices, system testing, and validation
Review and revise procedures related to system functionality and maintenance
Collaborate with Training to align system training with current program activities
Provide guidance on system needs analysis for process efficiency
Perform system changes, application testing, and user guidance

Qualifications

B.S./B.A degree in Business Management or related field
Project Management certification preferred
Minimum 1 year working in a regulated environment
Ability to work independently and manage project progress
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Flexibility to travel and perform technical tasks
