Job Description

Olgam Life is a plasma donation service offering state-of-the-art treatment of donors while providing life-saving resources for the medical industry.

Responsibilities

1. Supports the management of all user system requirement matrices, system application testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, and all other validation related requirements to ensure system functionality and alignment with operating procedures.

2. Participates in the review and revision of Olgam procedures related to system functionality and maintenance.

3. Collaborates with Olgam Training to ensure the system training requirements align with current training program activities.

4. Provides continuous guidance on system needs analysis for efficiency and effectiveness of Olgam Life processes.

5. Performs system changes, system application testing, and provides guidance in any user application testing.

Qualifications

  • B.S./B.A degree required. Also, acceptable educational requirements include Degree or Certificate in Business Management or Organizational development.
  • A Project Management related certification such as PMP or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 years' experience working in a regulated environment is preferred.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal direct oversight.
  • Ability to manage, track, and report project progress to stakeholders.
  • Able to evaluate and interpret regulations and recognize the need for appropriate changes relative to business operations.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional communication and the ability to inform and report appropriately to executive leadership.
  • Scheduling flexibility to ensure appropriate center support and coverage.
  • Ability to execute multi-step technical driven tasks.
  • Familiarization with electronic systems/platforms used to organize, track, and execute tasks.
  • Ability to travel up 25% as needed.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for a minimum of 8 hours in a scheduled work day.
