TekWissen is seeking a Warehouse Distribution Specialist to join our client, a global Hightech industrial company in Duncan, SC. This role involves organizing inventory, maintaining storage areas, and ensuring the accuracy of shipping and receiving processes.

Responsibilities

Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent dispatching and quality assurance
Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
Work on updating HTS codes in oracle system
Validate commercial invoices to avoid delays in custom clearance
Work with customs team to resolve documentation gaps
Maintain accurate inventory records and reports
Monitor and control inventory integrity through audits
Resolve inventory problems promptly
Maintain storage area organization
Conduct daily cycle counts
Ensure compliance with safety requirements
Identify areas of improvement and implement innovative work procedures
Coordinate activities with other departments

Qualifications

Minimum five years of experience in warehousing and receiving components
High School graduate or equivalent (GED) required
Minimum three years of industry experience in manufacturing or transportation
Forklift certified
