Job Description

Findfolks is partnering with a fast-growing company seeking an experienced and driven Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the office runs smoothly while fostering a welcoming and productive environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person interactions

Coordinate with IT, facilities, and construction teams to manage ongoing improvements and repairs

Maintain office cleanliness and organization while identifying opportunities for improvement

Design and execute a warm, welcoming, and efficient office environment

Organize meetings, including food and beverage arrangements and audiovisual coordination

Oversee and manage office supplies, including food and beverage orders, with regular reassessments

Assist with travel bookings as needed

Support the execution and processing of ITAR/NDA forms

Collaborate on the design and procurement of branded merchandise
