Job Description

Wisteria, a premier home d?cor and furniture brand, is seeking a freelance Order Flow & Fulfillment Manager with NetSuite expertise to oversee order processing, warehouse fulfillment, and system integrations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end order flow, coordinating with fulfillment centers, and ensuring seamless operations between NetSuite and Shopify.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the Vendor direct fulfillment centers, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflow and enhance service levels with vendor partners
Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
Analyze performance metrics and develop strategies for process improvement within the vendor partner team.
Collaborate with vendor partner inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
Ensure superior customer experience with our vendor direct experience

Qualifications

Must have 4 years' experience with NetSuite
Experience with Shopify
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive process improvements.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with Customers, team members and Vendors.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
